Pamela is a master’s level, board certified music therapist, community worker and nonprofit manager who has lived in Philadelphia for the past 16 years. Since graduating with her master’s degree in 2013, Pamela has focused on building her knowledge and experience base around person-centered therapy, harm reduction and community arts, creativity and healing. Pamela has worked primarily in the Kensington section of Philadelphia for the past 4 years, focusing on public arts programming, working with local/city agencies and developing trauma-informed safe spaces for community members. She has been a visiting lecturer at West Chester University, Temple University, The University of Pennsylvania and Bryn Mawr College.
